Last updated: October 28, 2026. This website and its publications are offered under the Rail & Rye Racing brand by an individual sole proprietor based in Georgia, United States. These terms apply when you visit the site, buy a publication or use its digital-delivery services.
Our publications
Rail & Rye Racing publishes independent thoroughbred-racing research, statistical analysis, probability estimates and editorial commentary. We do not accept wagers, operate a sportsbook, hold betting funds, organize prize-based gambling contests or award cash prizes.
Forecasts are not guarantees
Horse racing is inherently uncertain. Analyses, percentages, selections and opinions are estimates based on available information, not promises of race outcomes, accuracy, financial return or betting profit. Late scratches, rider changes, track conditions and other developments may change the circumstances described in a publication. Any decision to wager is made independently by the reader and is subject to applicable law and age requirements.
Orders and digital access
Product listings identify the publication and price before checkout. Payment processing is provided by Stripe; do not submit card details to our support email. We deliver eligible PDF purchases electronically. Each completed, non-refunded purchase permits up to five downloads within seven days of the purchase for new orders (previously purchased publications retain their original access period). Emailed access links normally expire after 24 hours for security; while the purchase remains eligible, you may request a replacement link through Purchase Recovery. Replacement links do not replenish downloads or extend the eligibility period.
Access may be suspended or revoked for refunded orders, expired entitlements, exhausted download limits, or suspected unauthorized use. If an eligible purchase cannot be accessed, contact support so we can investigate under our Refund Policy.
Personal-use license and intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise in writing, each purchase grants one customer a limited, personal, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to read the purchased publication. You may not resell, republish, publicly distribute, share access links, systematically copy or scrape the material, or remove attribution or rights notices without permission. Purchase does not transfer copyright or ownership of the research, design or other content.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to bypass purchase or download controls, misuse order-recovery services, impersonate a purchaser, interfere with site availability, or access systems or customer information without authorization.
Independent editorial references
Names of horses, racetracks, trainers, owners, riders, events and third parties are used for factual or descriptive editorial purposes. Their appearance does not by itself imply sponsorship, approval, endorsement or affiliation.
Limitations and support
To the extent allowed by law, we are not responsible for betting losses, lost profits or indirect losses arising from reliance on research or forecasts. This does not exclude liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. For purchase assistance, corrections or questions, email support@railandryeracing.com. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Revised wording will be posted here with an updated date. Where legally required, we will provide additional notice. The version in effect at the time of purchase governs that transaction except as required by law or otherwise agreed.
