Refund Policy
Last updated: October 28, 2026. Rail & Rye Racing is a digital publication brand operated by a sole proprietor based in Georgia, United States.
What you receive
We sell downloadable PDF publications featuring independent thoroughbred-racing research and analysis. Before purchasing, review the publication title, date, applicable track or event, file format and price. The content may be time-sensitive and is delivered electronically; no physical item is shipped.
A successful purchase provides up to five PDF downloads during the seven days after purchase for new orders (earlier orders retain their original access period). An individual emailed access link normally expires after 24 hours; if the purchase remains eligible, you can request a replacement link at Purchase Recovery without buying again. Replacement links do not reset the five-download limit or extend the purchase access period.
Refunds and corrections
Contact us if you believe you were charged twice, received the wrong publication, cannot access the purchased file, received a corrupted or unusable PDF, or identify another material delivery or billing problem. We will investigate and, as appropriate, restore access, supply the correct file or refund the affected purchase. We also honor any refund or remedy required by applicable law.
Please contact us promptly when an issue arises so that we can review the relevant order and delivery details. We do not require you to email payment-card numbers or security codes.
Racing analysis and results
Selections, probabilities, commentary and forecasts reflect independent analysis and uncertainty. An incorrect selection or an unfavorable racing or wagering outcome does not, by itself, establish that a publication was improperly delivered or require a refund. We do not guarantee finishing positions, betting returns or profit.
How to request help
Email support@railandryeracing.com with your purchase email address, publication title, race or publication date, and a brief explanation of the issue. We may request limited information to locate and verify your order. Do not send complete card details.
Approved refunds and access
When we approve a refund, it is generally issued to the original payment method through our payment processor. Posting time depends on the card issuer or payment provider. Refunding an order revokes its paid download entitlement, including access through previously issued links. Nothing in this policy limits non-waivable consumer rights.
