Deep data. Independent model engineering. Racing intelligence built for the questions that matter before the gates open.
Explore Race CardsEvery race is a new set of circumstances. Our win-probability engine brings together 79 engineered features drawn from past performances, form, surface, distance, race conditions, competition, and trainer and jockey context. Each factor contributes to a field-wide assessment—not a shortcut built around one statistic or a familiar name.
The Thoroughbred Racing Initiative brings those engineered inputs together to estimate a win probability and fair odds for every starter. A separate finishing-order model works from those win probabilities to assess each runner’s chances of finishing second, third or fourth. That means accounting for the whole field, including the horses likely to figure underneath.
The tote board reflects how the public is pricing a race. We compare those odds with our independent estimates, paying attention to runners the market may be overlooking or rating too highly. Scratches, surface changes and race-day conditions can change that assessment.
Behind every card is the less visible work: collecting racing data, engineering the variables and testing the models against actual results. We put that research on the page so you can weigh the field for yourself, with more to go on than the favorite or the odds alone.
